Norman Building & Design is one of the few home builders you'll find with an in-house structural engineer.  With an office right next door to where initial concepts are drawn, our engineer gets involved at the earliest stages.  He ensures that the ideas and concepts can be built to meet or surpass all codes and safety standards.  And he visits the job site several times throughout the construction process to make sure the structure is built right.  A wall may be moved, or a window size may change, but maintaining the integrity of your design concept is always the highest priority.
